I've cracked a lot of eggs in my life.....and that's not a metaphor for anything but cooking.NEVER have I found a double yolk. But in one dozen organic eggs from the PCC, I have so far found TWO of them!
I've done a little resarch into the significance of this. Most things I've read say it means good luck and good fortune. There are some other sites that have darker predictions but I'm not even going to think about them.
So, good luck and good fortune it is!

I've had only two of those double-egg eggs in my life and I go with good fortune, too :)
