I'm cutting down the ivy from next door that's been covering my fence, and I went to get my yard waste bin. You can see the tagging on the side. It's happening all over Greenwood. Thank goodness it's so small. But I'm concerned. I'm just a few houses up from Aurora, and I keep the lights on over the garage. So somebody, either in broad daylight, or under the lights of my garage, had the GALL to tag my recycling bin!!!!
