This is the beautiful view from Kerry Park on Seattle's Queen Anne Hill. It's beautiful. Probably the best-known view of Seattle there is. And one of the reason's it's so well-known is that when the network TV anchors come to town, they always stand here when they read their tele-prompters.Charles Gibson anchored from there today. And that's why I'm frustrated.
There are so MANY beautiful views in Seattle. Alki Beach. West Seattle. Magnolia. Beacon Hill. First Hll. Madison Park. Leschi. Greenlake. Gasworks Park.
You get the idea. How lazy are those network types.

AMEN!!!! Once I saw Brokaw do Nightly News from West Seattle with that "Salty's" view.

They don't know where to go, and it would be nice if they changed it sometimes, but I admit, I think the Kerry park view is absolutely stunning.
